What happens to my premium subscription?
Any new subscriptions or subscription renewals were paused as of 20th October 2020. This means users with subscriptions due for renewal after 20th October will not have their subscriptions renewed. Any users with subscriptions running beyond 23rd November will be refunded for the period of time remaining after this date. We are working with our partners to handle these refunds as efficiently as possible, but given the large number of subscribers we have, and some dependency on our partners, it might take a few weeks before the refunds are completed.
